Our sessions are on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

There is no commitment to attend every session, every week. You can just book onto the individual sessions you wish to attend...

Monday evenings (6-30pm Lutterworth Rec)

Monday evening sessions are primarily based around increasing your fitness levels. Pacing, hill work, interval running, sprints, endurance are just some of the various sessions. The overall aim is to improve everyone's strength, pace and stamina to ultimately achieve their next or personal target.

Wednesday evenings
(6-30pm - The Pavillion, Lutterworth Rec)

Wednesday evenings are Circuit Training sessions - there are many benefits which include;

 - improves muscular endurance

- increases strength and muscle growth

- improves heart health

- offers a full body workout

- is time efficient

- improves exercise adherence

- may promote weight loss

- may improve mood

- perfect for all levels

Thursday evenings (6pm - Lutterworth Rec)

Thursday evening sessions are more focused around a longer run. 

A different route will be taken each week and routes are designed to ensure all abilities are included,

You can choose to run a shorter distance of 3 to 4k all the way up to and beyond 10k to suit your individual choice on the evening
