Our sessions are on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
Monday evening sessions are primarily based around increasing your fitness levels. Pacing, hill work, interval running, sprints, endurance are just some of the various sessions. The overall aim is to improve everyone's strength, pace and stamina to ultimately achieve their next or personal target.
Wednesday evenings are Circuit Training sessions - there are many benefits which include;

- is time efficient
- improves exercise adherence

- may improve mood
- perfect for all levels
Thursday evening sessions are more focused around a longer run.
A different route will be taken each week and routes are designed to ensure all abilities are included,
You can choose to run a shorter distance of 3 to 4k all the way up to and beyond 10k to suit your individual choice on the evening
